Opening and closing option in setting now gone

Hi guys just wondering if anyone else has had this issue?
Couple of weeks ago I noticed the "opening and closing" option in the car settings menu and disappeared for no reason.Did a hard reset..ie power button pressed in and it reappeared but when I select it I get the message "this function is currently unavailable".
It randomly disappears and reappears but is still unavailable..Left it with the dealer last week while getting serviced and all they did was reset to factory settings but still the issue is unresolved
