I've read tons of forum, but I am still not sure about this upgrade. I have a 6C version, with main box in the glove compartment, and just a display in the front. I want to upgrade to CarPlay and navigation if possible. I thought units from Golf 7 will work, but I can see that they have a different way of mounting the display. So, can anyone tell me what I need? I can activate to carplay, but 280€ is way to much for this. I am prepared to pay more for a more decent unit.
