Hi, I've a new battery and it's being drained from full to flat in under 2 hours. After investigation I think it's the starter solenoid sticking open. I'm struggling finding a new starter. Is there a way I can unstick the solenoid? Or can I fit a starter motor kill switch within the car to switch on to start it and immediately switch off to cut power to starter once running?

Check “partsinmotion” they have most stuff for our cars, also as the starter is wired directly to the battery live you’d need a pretty big switch as the current through it would be high, I’d advise replacing it.
