It's a pity that you can't help me, maybe you know where I can buy an original harness that will fit?

HI , I have read this thread several times now and more to come , first question before being stuck with this conversion, is there a list parts required to have on the beginning headlights excluding. Mine van is Shuttle from 2010 I guess it will require some work to be successful but i would like to have washers bixenons and leveling system fitted. but getting confused from the start.... continue to read from beginning ....

Can anyone give me number for red coupling connector?? please....

Hello everyone. I have a 2013 t5.1 and i have retrofitted bixenon led headlights vw genuine. I have done coding and it works. Only priblem i have is when i changed bit on byte 12 and 22 i accidentally unticked all figures and didn’t save them at the beginning. At the moment low beam doesn’t switch on auto mode only on manual switch and blower is on full time.

Ideally, post the long code as a text string (hexadecimal) and not through images, it's as easy as copying it from Autoscan and pasting here, so that I can more easily study it with my powerful tools.
Using images I would have to enter the hexadecimal values of each Byte one by one in the boxes of my tools to be able to study it, which is a tedious task and with the possibility of making a mistake when doing it.

I ask you please to post a Full Autoscan.

In the Logs folder of the Ross-tech program you have all the autoscans that you have done to your T5.1, maybe you will find everything you need there.

However, for now:
- Enable Byte22 Bit5.
- Byte12 is fine as it is, although it depends on personal taste when it comes to Bit2, it's your decision. (usually enabled)

Thank you. Auto lights are now working. Does anyone know if bixenon headlights can be manually adjusted? I mean on the dashboard.

It is not possible from the dashboard, in case you mean vertical adjustment. We assume that you have not installed the headlight height control unit and the corresponding sensors.

You can do vertical and lateral adjustment with the wall method with the two adjustment screws (usually white in color) that are built into the headlights.
You only need a phillips screwdriver, although a flat one will also work.
This is the wall method (DIY):
viewtopic.php?p=582906#p582906
It is very easy, the lights will work perfectly and you will not dazzle anyone, it is 100% effective for any type of headlight. Enough to be happy with your lights.

You can also do it with a reglosscope, which will be somewhat more precise and specific for your headlight model, although the results hardly differ from those obtained with the wall method. In this case, each vehicle model has a procedure specified in erWin.

Thank you. It is all adjusted, works and looks great. Would any of know why my aircon blower works full time i mean after i take the key off it still works and drain the battery unless i switch it to 0 position b4 i leave the van. The problem started after headlights were changed.

Hi Every one
I have tried to install a new BCM into my 2012 VW Transporter 5.1 GP part number 7H0937090D. It thinks I have DSG auto gearbox, however I have got a 6 speed manual. When using VCDS if I go into auto scan code select all and look at Address 02 can I change the DSG auto trans to 6 speed manual ?
