Hello,
I was planning on adding an armrest to my AW since it did not come with one. I was looking only and saw the one on the link below however it sys it is for the Polo AW 2G, is the 2G the mid-2021 facelift version? Does anyone know if this will also be compatible with the pre-facelift version of the AW?

I don’t think the 2G is the facelift Polo - I’ve just done an internet search on ‘2G Polo’ (Google is your friend 
) and the images for the search results are all pre-facelift Polos. Also, if you scroll down to the bottom of the eBay ad. you provided the link for, it states the armrest is for the Polo 2G/AW (2017 to present) so it should fit your 2021 pre-facelift car without any issues. I dare say it also fits the facelift model - I don’t think there were any changes to the centre console assembly that the armrest bolts onto when the car was facelifted.
