How to replace nearside front fog

Hello there,

First post, I have tried searching on this foruma nd also You Tube

My son's Polo (67 plate) needs front nearside fog replacing. I can see a little hole on the other side to pull the light houising off, however I can not see one on nearside.

I think it's a Polo Match - maybe slightly different bumper?
Would welcome any advice.
