Tapping/Rattling noise when accelerating

Hello! Today I started to hear this noise, in the end someone found the solution to this problem? After reading this post for a while I thought, could it come from the injectors? Or the coolant pump? These models left the factory with the shi*** G13 coolant, which from what I've seen is a good thing to replace with G12EVO. Thank you and I look forward to your response! greetings from Spain.

Did you guys always fill up the car with 98 octane?
I have the same issue. Since seeing you replaced everything, it saves me allot of money. The sound goes away after the car is around 90 degrees. Is it the same for you?
