you'll probably need to re-route the horn wire from the horn plate to T5/4. Remove T5/5.
i don't give you any chance to make the CC work without major changes.
for the lighting you need to change the BCM to a model that does support lighting, from 2018 or younger

Just like to give a big thanks for the info on this thread having successfully fitted and coded a 6R MFSW with left hand buttons, RCD510 and Bluetooth module.

Having fitted the 6R MFSW I have now got hold of a 6C MFSW with Cruise Control buttons on the left and radio/phone on the right
Having done a fair bit of reading around the forum I'm looking for confirmation that as I understand it CC won't work from the MFSW on a 2012 Polo Match 6R?

So sorry I was busy and didn’t get a chance to try

I just got the wiring 5K0971584A.
I tried replacing this to my C version. Also no luck with other buttons except for the page left and right plus the “ok” button as volume down.

Is there anything that I’m missing out?

When I remove T5/5 the horn not working.

I already wire up for CC. Waiting the
“VOLKSWAGEN POLO SEL TDI HATCH 3dr 2011 INDICATOR STALK SQUIB CLUSTER 6Q0953503EJ” which will be here next week.

And also my BCM is 6R0937087G. Can I make the light work?

Hello,

I have 2012 polo 6r. My wheel is standard plasticky or rubber?!? wheel with out buttons.
I saw a wheel with buttons on the left side for radio and bluetooth answering.
Will this wheel fit without changing the airbag it self.

Thanks
