Forum register user problem

Post FORUM SPECIFIC questions here: Such as, "HELP, I can't keep logged in for more than one session" etc... Not general help questions such as "my car won't start". You get the idea?

A friend of mine is trying to become a member of the forum and enters all the information, but when he wants to advance the page, it takes him back to the contract screen.
