Changing the radio and central locking

Evening all I have a vw polo 9n3 2007 model that i would like to do something strange to

I currently have the rcd200 fitted but I would like to replace this for a beta cassette and cd player

From what I understand I need a quadlock to iso adapter
(Which I have tried but does not work)

And also a canbus adapter ? Because there is no constant power at the radio ?

Could you lovely people guide me in the correct direction ?


Ps what remote central locking kits are best for the 9n3
