I guess it depends on the level of driver assistance, i.e. the functions they actually perform by factory design... without someone subsequently knowing how to code/add more functions and go from a simple BSD to an LCA that interacts with other units of the vehicle.

I don't think anyone can offer a highly accurate answer on this, there are several levels of driver assistance depending on the evolution of the multiple functions that these radars can perform.

BSD Plus, LCA Plus, LCA Plus Evo x2 elves in each corner of the car...

This is what ODIS saw:

The following error occurred
ERP0617E

Software configuration (encoding, adjustment/calibration, parameterization) could not be calculated. Check if a car-compatible control unit or spare part is fitted. If fault continues to occur contact the Support department for support.

ERP0617E means that sw of the control unit to replace/install doesn't match with data on VAG servers for your VIN.

If VW applies new rules/inventions for diagnostic protection, etc. no personal retrofitting that requires connection to VW servers will be possible, i.e. you pay (as usual) and they imperatively dictate what is your level of mental slavery (...mental at the moment, then you will have to bend your back and really dig, or you will be the subject of some kind of medical experiment... 😁).
Strange things have started to happen a few years ago and are increasing in 2025 on our planet, ...my dear slave/POW.🤭

I've run some tests on my mini test bench with the 2Q0 'B' BSD/LC rear radars. They support many parameters from different platforms —PQ, MQB, MQB2020, KL15/KL30— but they don't support the MQBevo platform parameters dedicated to your SK Octavia. I've tried ODIS and VCP, and in both cases, the writing of these parameters for MQBevo fails.

OK Fernando, thanks for the effort. So at the moment there is no solution for the retrofit project I am doing.
