know its a bit late to be asking for tonight but i just thought of it...

where would any notts folk recommend for going out in the city?
got a college block week coming up (they have internet - lucky yous) that im about to leave for, travelodge booked tonight (scheduling error) but it doesnt kick off til midday tomorrow, hence fancy a few brewskis in a good place

or even on one of the other nights

Cool...Oceana are taking over the old Palais... Been to the one in Milton Keynes a few times but now it's gonna be on my doorstep

I know where I'll be going when I next go out in Notts.

hrm, i'll have to try and recruit folks / chivvy myself on the next couple block weeks. lunchtime in the pub wednesday was about as good as it got. didnt turn up there til about 9pm monday and was knackered, just farted about in the hotel room, work to do tues/weds nights, thursday no-one was about (so had a little play around in the derbyshire hills.. matlock, the place is almost vertical, great fun, how come i didnt know til now?) and just come back now..
