The rb5 is really nice aswell, i love the colour :D I,m looking for £13250 for the golf. Its absolutely immaculate and one of the last ones to be made. If you want any more info on it drop me a pm and i'll give you full spec. and pics

Hi black gti 2000,

Just realised its yourself dbarr1980 that we have been messaging re the armourfend, you offered us a discount on getting the front splitter etc done in exchange for using the p1 for photos, we are P1NUT!!!! Small world eh, are you still selling golf? Ive just had few postings from RB5 owners club tipping me off about a good Rb5 for sale, nice to know they keeping an eye out for me. :)

Yeh that's right. Its weird i have bumped into you's on here aswell. Still got the golf, just too busy to sort out the advert for autotrader and stuff. Good luck with the rb5, and remember get it armourfended :wink: Subaru's paint is thin as hell.

Armourfend is a paint protection film applied to vulnerable parts of your car.......... ie. the bumper, lights, wind mirrors etc....

not really! The film stops scuffs and scratches aswell so it basically keeps your paintwork in pristine condition. Also applied to headlights and fog lamps aswell to stop them getting cracked, a lot better than the plastic covers you can buy. [/quote]

wel yea, suppose, but most common is annoyiing stone chips from motorway driving, :lol:

Agree with you there!! Theres nothing worse than stone chips all over the front end, especially on a black car :(
