Scratches on windscreen

Post by GroovyCarrot »

The other day when I was respraying my wing, I had something of a brainstorm and decided that the best way to remove the light overspray from the windscreen would be fine wet and dry paper, rather than t-cut. I now have lots of little swirly scratches on the screen  One of my more stupid moments. Anyone know a way to get rid of them? They're only very light scratches, so I'm sure they can be polished out, but what with? I've tried t-cut, didn't help, is there a specialist glass polisher of some sort out there?

Halfraud's used to do a glass cutting paste, don't know if they still do though, might be worth a try , or some more abrasive (than T-cut)cutting compound (like farecla)
