ate far too many pancakes......16 oz flour, 2 pints of milk...s**t loads of eggs....and alot of sugar and lemon...feel abused this morning

Lol, seemingly pancake toppings are a serious issue...
I've decided late mornings are the way to go, I was meant to have a day off today but I got called in at 11 to do some cover. Feeling much better than i usually do starting at 8 and I'm having a really good day even though I was looking forward to my days off!
