Really? I was under the impression that the sills are bigger? So as long as they are from a 16v MK5 (55 & 100bhp?) I'll be fine... My biggest concern is the colour match...

Rear ARB, G60 front brakes, custom braided hoses (to fit the front G60's), grooved disks all round and replace any needed copper brake line..

Then it'll be Powerflex bushes, new engine mounts all round and I'm getting some custom rear gearbox mounts made up to stop that annoying flex when you do hard gear changes.

Aye any TDI, or petrol 16v 75/100bhp have the deeper sills!
