Adam hasn't replied and I am sending a reminder now. I would prefer to go via Adam tbh because I have run a sucessful gb going through him before.

I am sorry that this has take so long.

But I have read msgs from DJ - the guy who whitepologti was in contact with, have to recalculate pricing because he is more expensive. Give me till tonight. I must add as I haven't didn't with him before I am a bit vary.

i lookd at some on ebay from vag team 2 and got this reply

Yes, we ship worldwide and the shipping cost to UK is listed at $45. The total cost would be $184.99 USD and we ship this item only via EMS express and you can have it in less than 10 days. Thanks

they are different to what the previous group buy got, they havent got the holes for the intercooler and $185 would work out to be about £120 which is more expensive :(

guys, I reccomend buy them of vag 2, it is more expensive because the value of the pound has fallen significantly since when the last group buy took place. I brougt mine of him bcos the gb didt look like it was happening I brought mine on Monday he sent on Wednesday and I got on Friday the same week, extremely fast considering it's coming from hong kong, he also send you tracking so you can track your item. And as the holes on the left grille for the intercooler mine came with that too. i dont know why the pic he put up dont have it.
It's up2 u guys tho, I doubt you can get for the same price as the previous group buy imo, the pound may continue to fall aswell

Thanks for the review Titan. Guys feel free to use the ebay seller he is recommending, its come through for Titan so sounds good.

I am sorry that this has taken so long. I promise you I didn't anticipate these days & the first one I ran went through very smootly. Eventhough our currency is weaker now, at DJ's price it wont be feasible to run the GB because I will just about cover the cost of the grills excluding shipping.

So I suggest I speak to vag2 & see what price they will offer, if its good I'll have them set up an ebay transaction so its done properly & securely.

Also email Adam & ask him if he has heard back from our original vendor.

I will also ask DJ to improve his prices if possible.

Pardon my ignorance, fairly new to the site. I have a Gti arriving end of january, these would set it off just nicely. Have i missed group buys etc? If so are there any places now stocking these parts? Any help appreciated Ross

I've sent an email to VAGTEAM2 asking about the grilles, whether the grille from the intercooler side has that cutout or not.
Here is the answer:
The grille has a back plate and some of our clients will remove it for more efficient air flow.

And here is a picture from Titan619 with the set he bought:
(hope it's ok with him that I've uploaded the picture  )
