Whats the mpg like with stage 2 and miltek? Have you got the SPS switch for the Revo to take it of incase it needs a trip to vw?

The sps switch doesnt remove the map. It just turns the boost, timing and fueling down to a setting that replicates stock performance

MPG is actually better on motorway cruising - 48mpg, but if you use the full performance then the MPG goes down to 20-25mpg. Floor is constantly and I can get it down further.
Sy is right, you have 3 performance settings and a map that mimics stock, but isn't.

48mpg? That's amazing!
I got 40mpg doing a 120 miles motorway run over the weekend. I'll get an average of about 35mpg to a fill up.
Hurdy would you say the remap improves your mileage?

Mine did quite drastically on.motorway cruises. Between maidstone and Nottingham I averaged my best of 52mpg. That's with me, wife, child dog and luggage at speed limit the whole way. There was the 20mile long contraflow though which no doubt helped alot

Didn't really get chance to find out what the stock MPG was as I had it mapped by 200 miles on the clock

Went and saw about going stage 2 with a turbo miltek and air filter but apprently it works better with the intercooler? Only thing that puts me off is the oil drinking! How is yours at apprently 61 plates have new bottom ends?!

Top end power will be better, but an intercooler is more for the engine cooling protection at stage 2 power more than anything else. Alternatively water/meth can do the same.

Might have to get the "PURSUIT MODE" one
and maybe the ejector seat one too as I have two blanks begging to be played with

Does it affect the warranty in general messing around with the engine and stuff? All looks very impressive though.
