Well it's all painted and looking fresh now all mint and dent free, pics say a thousand words so here they are. Did the sideskirt and blew in the door and lost a few chips on the kick plate bit of the skirt.

Ha, cheers mate it's been fun doing it, just the bumpers to do now but may wait until after winter.

I had help doing the blow in as the colour is very pearly so needed to know where to loose the blow in... Still came out perfect though.

So annoying that all the parts I want are silly expensive lol, can't just lower these cars you need shorter control arms and a fast road set up and braces fitting all at the same time : /....

Nice work with the Paint Craig, looks awesome buddy :D

You don't need shorter control arms mate, it all depends how low you want to go but anything more than 30mm will be a nightmare to be honest, mine catches on loads of stuff now and its only dropped 20mm.

Its best to buy a set of adjustable rear camber arms when you lower it to sort out the geo and front camber bolts too combined with a decent FRSU.
The control arms are only changed for show :) the oem control arms can be used with lowering springs or coilovers

If you change the tyres on the car then go for the wider lower profile 215/40's because they not only look better but they are actually cheaper than the 205/45's too :)

Iv got bridgestone potenzas on mine and the tyre roar is really loud lol. But it's ok now ya just get used to it, yeah I'm thinking I might go and get new shocks aswell but unsure if I need to, did you find it ok with your normal shocks?

Il be doing the lower control arms for function7 ones and a beaks tie bar and front adjustable camber arms insted of bolts. Then the eibach pro kit is 20/30mm isn't it?

Might be getting the hks high power cat back now as iv heard these cars like a big bore pipe for bigger gains it's better mid range and power, but of coarse it's louder. I'm used to loud cars so I think that twined with a tegiwa manifold il see decent gains?

How much was your remap and k100 mate? Iv heard dirty figures with these lol????
Also tidied up my bolts in the engine bay as they were rusty, need a new battery tie bar aswell, just sprayed it Matt black for now as it was flaking.

And the wheels il be receiving soon, stuck between bronze or silver....!

Yummy.

The Normal shocks are great tbh mate and can easily take a 30mm drop but if you are seriously thinking about changing them then a set of Bilstein B8's would be the best choice.
If you do change them then make it one of your last upgrades mate because you will honestly be fine with the OEM shocks, they are pretty damn good.

As for the Pro-Kit it's only a 15-20mm drop but tbh that is plenty enough IMO, these cars sit pretty low standard.
The ABP Eibach springs are -30mm mate and do look good but expect major scrapage with them fitted, especially if you change the exhaust system.

HKS HI Power is a decent system and well priced but i'm not a massive fan of the huge bin lid tail pipe, prefer the OEM backbox or spoon N1 because they are a bit more subtle. You can change the mid section on the Hi Power so if you want performance and noise then just buy the HKS backbox and a Supersprint 2.5" unsilenced B-Pipe :) pure noise!

HKS HI Power, Tegiwa Induction kit with a Tegiwa Race Manifold will see you some good gains probably 220bph maybe 225 if your lucky but the car will be running pretty lean so you would be better off getting it mapped if you change the manifold to get the best figures & power delivery (plus MPG)
Mine cost £850 for the K100 ECU, Fitment and Dyno Tuning so it certainly isn't cheap

The K Pro will set you back £1150 including everything but you really won't need it, your better off saving that £300 and putting it to good use elsewhere.
Wheels look good mate, what are you doing with the OEM set?
