ya bill is doing it a badger 5 wanted to do if myself but bill talked me around hes got some skills

all pipe work to and from intercooler is now done only 4 hoses used to joint it up keeping the boost pressure as high as possible when it hits the inlet manifold

exhaust manifold and down pipe have gone to be coated

Hope it goes better than Bill beast did mate! Saw a video of it go before it blew, that was scarey quick!!!

How long till you get it on the road???

there is no way im runing 2.5 bar of boost with that much timing

hopefully around 2 weeks from when the manifold comes back

What are u having it coated in mate??

You find that ur bumpers touch atall to the pipe work being different and bonnett touches or anything like that??

its been coated in http://www.zircotec.com/page/-_performance_white/41 to keep temps down

all made for the car so no touching at all and its not near the bonnet

more pictures oil cooler going in
