I know. I brought it as a project and has only cost me £1550 in total and that's including the new g60 steels and tires so I am happy. It's on 86k FSH.

Next thing is CV joint and full service after I do the roof and mirrors. After will be a typhoon and map I think.

got my g60's and some new handle inserts. total £214.

just waiting for the car to come back now.

cheers everyone. Got the G60's on now, keeping them standard.

body shop sent the car back with a cash settlement for me to do the work as they were not happy about the previous ding it had so I will be sending it to a personal friend who is a VW sprayer and get more work done.

need to order new indicators, anyone got a like to a good set for me?

Ben, might take that typhoon next week, will PM you.

Good work mate! Glad to see you've stuck with this 1 as she's looking nice and will be mint after the body works finished.

You don't wanna sell it man, all the work you put into it restoring it and it's still low miles with FSH

right all paint is fixed now. no more sun burn guys & girls, lol

just looking for xenon's now and thats the car up to standard and just the extras as mentioned. roof, k&n and mirrors and lowering and maybe tints but not too sure as the kids like looking out the windows lol.

will get some pics up on sat

Now I finally have them in its on to realigning the front end.

It's finally nearly there but now another issue......car is spluttering in low revs :(
