Got my stage 5C this morning. My car is on the Weser Highway which is currently just off Grimsby. [emoji3]

Same, so I'm hoping mine is also on the Weser Highway. However I keep missing my dealer!
I am assuming the tracker is supposed to show the below
5 a - Left the factory (port elizabeth)
5 b - in transit (shipping from port elizabeth to Emden)
5 c - near the UK (shipping from Emden to UK)
However in reality, mine sat in 5A for over a month then spent 4 days in 5B and went straight to 5C. Oh well almost there now

Your correct 5a - Left factory however 5b is received once the car reaches Emden hence the month wait and 5C is near the uk.
Yes nearly there now. Enjoy [emoji3]

So... it’s so worth the wait everyone. Pictures just don’t do this car justice at all. Amazing bit of fun! Hope you’re not waiting long

Got my Stage 6 yesterday and my build week was 34. Doesn’t seem any logic to it. Enjoy your car when you pick it up.

It does seem all over the place. But bearing in mind I ordered a SEL trim with a view Extra options and not the GTI.
Thanks should get it in a week or two.

Thinks she get it in a week or two.
That explains it. Yes probably based on trim. [emoji3]

Where do i see if i am at 5a, 5b or 5c as i look at the app and it just states "Step 5 In transit" your car is on the next stage of its journey to the UK. I spoke to the chat as the online login is no longer working due to an update or improvements to the site and they said it was located in Emden. Do they hold them long there as i had an email update on the 11th October to say the status of my order has been updated but still just says step 5 in the app. I did notice that the Weser Highway was on route to Grimsby a day or so after i had this update. Im due to collect before the end of the month but closer to the end so if they keep it for a week for checks before handing it over it would be cutting it a bit fine if not on route across to the uk this week.

App does state Step 5 in transit however if you are signed up for text updates Step 5a, 5b and 5C are notified by text by Volkswagen. The best information can be obtained by contacting your dealer as they can access more information. My car was in Emden for approx 4 days before it was shipped to the Uk. I’m currently on Stage 6 arrived in uk which was notified on the 10th, transport order has been raised but no further movement yet.

So just got my stage 3 this morning! To find out the exact build week did you have to contact the dealer?
