Wille! You wheel pimp!

Good to see you've found UKP. I love the GTI, it's amazing. It's a car that you should see in real life - it just blows you away. As seen in Düren:

And in Mechelen @ VWMania:

I love it. OEM owns!

(You're spot on with the car - it's me; we'll hook up in Wörthersee or somewhere in Belgium, no doubt!)

@jon: the rolcage cost me 350euro's but thats in unpolished alloy , for a polished one it would cost about 550 euro's. and yes wiechers has them for polo 6N2 with sunroof. but with wiechers you have a long waiting period. but its really good stuff. TIP: if you get 1 you must say i got no backseat , if you fit it you will see it goes in just beside your backseat , it will come really nice then.

@speedlaw: yes OEM rulles bigtime , we will hook up for surre. add me on msn so we can arrange somthing if we go to the same meeting i can stand next to you ;-)

Hey Wille,

I've seen those wheels but never thought that they would work on a Polo!

I've heard about drilling to make five stud wheels fit, not that I'm planning on doing so but am interested to see how it is done. Did you just literally get out your Black & Decker and drill away? Is it a safe alternative option to wheel adaptors?

Look forward to seeing your motor for real at Worthersee, assuming you are planning on attending!

hey guy's ,
i have a problem ghetting to my online pic's , i cant upload new ones. stupid smartgroups says that there is somthing wrong with my browser config :?
annyways if it works again i will post more pics of the audi rims with the centre caps removed and olso some of the rolcage.

the tyres on the audi wheels are 195/45-15 all 4. i need 1 set of rims to be correct by the law , so i need to fit these tyres on you know. if it depended on me i would have fitted 165/45-15 the tyre made for a smart-car.

and no i did not get out the black and decker to fit the holes 'lol' :D
it been done in a wheel-shop , the guy who did it knows what he was doing. this is not a job for everryone to do. i will explain when i upload pics again.

ok kenny here are the pic's with the fixing holes

i still cant get on smartgroups but a mate put it on mine.

Image
i still have a set audi rims with the 5 holes in it , you can see the difrence :)
Image
Image
this is done by a professional in the job , its not that you just drill 4 new holes in it. it needs to be exactally in the middel on the millimeter.
the redrilling cost more than the rims itselfs.

i just did it becauss i wanted to be difrent then the rest , these are now my winter wheels and i really love them because it looks really good in real life , a picture says nothing.

anny questions? just fire away :D

That's hot...and keep the A3 wheels on because they're so unloved on A3s that they look so damn good on the Polo!
