Glad to see everyone uses their car then i wasnt trying to demean anyone, i just hate it when ppl waste a perfectly good car.

Didnt want us Polo GTI'ers to be like the sad ppl who drive Subaru's around Essex, I know of at least 3 geezers who never take their Subs above 3000rpm. . .like whats the point?

I guess most VeeDubers are truly into their cars

I drive alot of motorway miles, most I have ever got out of it was 350miles (with shell optimax).

I get loads more miles if i use super unleaded or shell optimax my average is about 280 - 300 miles per tank.

Mine must be mint on fuel then because using Optimax £20 a week gets me between 180-220 miles depending if i cain it to work every day or take it easy, (earlies or lates)

definetly recommend trying optimax,

Although it does have a shelf life of about 2 weeks so needs to be used within this time, (so i have been told)
