Im pretty sure the 40/60 means 40 rear, 60 front and the 5 step adjustment is for stiffness, but i could be wrong?

I just emailed the company saying:
Hi there, Ive just been browsing your website looking for some lowering springs for my VW Polo GTi 2001 and noticed the "High Tec Spring by FK" the lowering amount is 40/60. Does this mean that the kit is:

a) Availible in either 60mm lowering or 40mm lowering

or

b) 40mm Lowering Rear, 60mm Lowering Front ( or visa versa )

Thanks, in advance!

I had 35mm H&R springs/standard shocks a little bit stiffer but not much, now i've got the coilovers on there is a difference in comfort but not a great deal remember the rides not just on shocks and springs tyres come in to it as well!! Skinny tyres can make a ride really nasty even with standard shocks etc!!

coilovers well they just ROCK
