Wowzers......
how close to stock do you think it'll look then? Will you put those black stripes on to match the original?
How much power do the two put out comparitively, by the way?

It'll never look exactly like the original 12v engine with a 24V lump fitted but asthetically it will fit in and hopefully only the clued up people will spot the difference

No just leave the black polished black effect in the last picture

12V 180bhp as std but it's tired and done 225,000 miles without so much as a spanner on the actual engine - had a few clutches water pumps and consumables but thats it..... My guess is maybe it's got 150bhp left in the lump maybe a couple more but not many
24V Well std they have 204 bhp out of the box - with the modifications I do to it normally I see 235-245 bhp at the crank - this engine has been built to be maxed out so everything I have done has been right on the edge - target is 250 bhp but I'll be unhappy if it doesn't beat that figure by a fair bit........
Or put quite simply a 100 bhp increase on the original lump - i think I might notice that

Went round Silverstone last Sunday
Highlights
We got a full session and everyone made it safely round
The Monza wasn't last or overtaken by many either (LC/LO's, a very hot Replica and those bloody elises taking people out for joy rides excepted
and of course a mates 24V - he cheated and bout one someone else had done)!!!!
The track side pics were good
I ran my car on the mobile dyno - last time as a 12V just to see how down on power she was
Actually 160.3 bhp
Dyno run video footage if anyone is interested
Run up to speed

Power run (this exhaust is a tad loud but to me sound perfect even the lass running the computer put her finger in her ears)

Right now all I have to do is put this in the engine bay
Black and silver - does it rock!!!
Tasty highlights - Close up (must give it a polish - finger prints everywhere)
and more of the same (from a distance)
PS Sexy or What!!!!
Engine in
coming out
out
Yep defo out
Now all the prep work needed
