Puma's = Big Pile Of Poo

You may be right that the TOP of the range model handles like a dream, but ive driven the lesser models and they are a load of pants and to top it off, they are a very ugly car.

To be honest, believe what the hell you like.

But go find a road-test from either a magazine or the internet that states the any Puma model handles poorly, and I'll be very very suprised.
didnt mean to cause offence mate ! was only joshing chief ! :-p

But seriously, just because a car magazine says it handles well, what does that really mean ? it can turn a corner. . basically.

I know plenty of cars that can 'handle'. . doesnt mean its a good purchase.

Like i said i wasnt trying to argue or 'tell you' in anyway redline, was just giving my oppinion !

:-p

Oh yea, anyone here also despise the Citreon Saxo like i do ?. . .

The suspension on the puma is 'proper ****!' ?? have u driven one at all wish my polo was half as fun to drive as the puma (when it was standard anyway)
Yes i have driven a Puma and also my dad had the mk4&5 fiesta zetec which has the same set up almost! and well i dont think it is a patch on the set up that vw' has done! ( But i must admit ford no how to make a good gear box!!)

At the end of the day magazines will say what they think about any car! for god sake the fiat mutipoo thing got car of the year for the love of god!!

My opinion is the GTi is a much better car, if it wasnt i'd be driving the puma!!

Ok mate, fair play. I was having a tough day :)

My point was that it's typically known as a good handling car, nothing else. I agree with you, in that it isn't a car I would ever consider buying. Does nothing for me.

And I would have to support you on the Saxo as well

fair enough suppose we'll have to agree to disagree about that ! I would still have my polo over the puma any day though, it does offer alot more than the puma as a whole package thats for sure. Citreon Saxo, now that I have nothing nice to say about
