If you get points on your licence when you first get it most people shift it onto somebody else anyway.


Eg. cars in your dads name. your a 2nd driver.

you get a speeding ticket.

He takes the 3 points.

your licence is clean and you dont get 3 points. (6 points in the first year and you start again)

and it proves he does drive the car.
