hey cheers for all the comments i thnk the matt black paint will be comming back out. as for the fitting of the grill, i had to cut out the metal headlap surrrrounds, and the lights are mounted into grill. so come MOT time, it better pass!! it was very battered when i baught it but a little bit of fibreglass ressin and matt, and its come out great now. i need all 4 lights back as the 2 looks pants! where can i get decent mesh too? dont want none of that chicken wire crap, i was hoping for a piece of stainless woven but i cant find it for less than £50...

i think your car would look great with a few extra bits......and even better if you do the engine swap to give it the power too.

lol cheers dude ive been trying to photoshop some ATS cups on for ages!!. do they do a 14 inch version? uve done a good job on the mesh too

. as for the engine i swapped it for the 1.0 spi with all the mk3 componants, and in the summer ill be 21 so g40'ing it could be on the cards. but iver had some damn good quotes for a g60 corrado so well see what happens. ive been in a g40 and dont get me wrong the power is emence for a 1.3 block, but ive also been in a golf rallye and as a passenger there was no comparison

. anyone drove both these cars?? maybe im wrong and the g40 is more fun. if anyone has any information on using the golf engine in the polo get in touch as i wouldnt mind knowing whats involved with that. i know its a taller block and needs to be mounted lower, and the fact it needs a subframe, but my knowledge is minimum on this conversion..
