Been lowered 40-50mm with no rubbing, if you got for 16" then get 195/40 tyres as this will keep the rolling radius and width almost the same as the standard wheels with 195/45 tyres.

Its a harsher ride with just the springs and as Randall mentioned, after a while you might want to invest in some uprated shocks as the standard ones will take so much and then start to fail.
cheers for the info - what width rim are those BBS's then? didnt think a 195-40 would stretch over a 7.5" rim too easily?

Mine are only 6"...didn't realise you are looking for 7.5" Phat! Wont be able to help you there...sorry!

205/40 -16 on 7" wheels

lowered on sportline springs 40 mm

only rubs when reversing on full right lock VVVVV slightly
