Have you looked at scrappies? One's with rear end damage.
You should be looking at paying around £1000 for an engine and box.
Your engine and box though, Id expect you could get betwen £500-£700 depending how much you want to rip people off, and if you dont mind giving up your ECU, loom, clocks and ingnition barrel.
