Second vid sounds like a Honda Cub moped thing.
Would you really want to go any faster in that thing though?

cub's only got like 90cc and 8hp though
...always wanted one when i was 16 for some reason (or the 50cc version), probably cuz it looked mostly like a "real" motorbike rather than a twatcycle, but never got it.
might be enough to make that thing go fast however, it's probably one of those wierd french license-free cars which have the 50cc / 4.5hp engines
