You should have stuck with your original alloys mate ....... BBS alloys suit the Polo GTI more effectively.

I have a Red Polo GTI with standard BBS alloys on it........dont get me wrong your car does look 'good', but I feel that German cars should be left 'standard' e.g. they should not be modified in any way.

so why do people change their car , so they look difference from the person next door , and you need to remember porsche is apart of the vag now so as i said i know of 3 fellow members in svag club with silver 3 door polo gti , so i fixed g60 steelies to the car ,then 2 of them have fitted them to their cars aswell, so it p*ss you off ,that why i when down the porsche route so my car would be difference again

Fair enough.
I agree with Kenny though that we all are free to choose to modify our cars to look different from the norm, its all about individuality! Although please note the exception; fitting lexus lights is not a sign of individuality, its a sign of weakness
Other than that everything goes, and it would be dull if we all took the exact same route in personalising the appearance of our cars. IMO the Porsche rims look superb but I can understand that they're not everyone's cup of tea

I am based in renfrew just outside glasgow, the porker are well gone and was replaced with the rm , i never had any rub with them as the et was 45 and had 205/40/16 tires on them , the car was lowered by 80mm .
not sure about the polo show as i will be at E38 this year with the svag club on their stand and will need to see how much money is spend there first

Loving the RM's. I think they look better then the porker rims. Keep up the good work!
