As above, Saj on here has had his turbo'd so a charger will no doubt be possible but expensive, especially if it hasn't been done before because there'll be a lot of research and development being done.

In principle I think a turbo 'might' be easier. Mainly because it's been done before but also as I think all that's required is some custom manifold making and mouting of the unit which is only metal work.
Where are the charger would require this plus a correct method of belt driving?

turbo charged what.....does not the 6N2 have a turbo as standard?

The 6n2 is a natural aspirated engine.

Turbocharged GTi, and as Oscar says the GTi is a 1.6 NA engine

Thanks for replys guys. I wanna get my car super charged as i was quoted £7000 for a turbo conversion!! Thought i give this a miss. I am thinkin of Cams and a Decat pipe. Any one know were i can get them?

All along i thought the GTI cars from VW were turbocharged....weird that the 6N2 wasent as the new polo is as the golfs we have in Australia.
