i smashed in2 a back of a girl an it was her fault as she braked 2 hard an even admitted that me, so at the time wen i spoke 2 her she said sorry an all an that it wont go through the insurance just pay eachotha cash, so i was like ok, so we didnt botha gettin the police, but wen i got home an foned her, her mum said she wanted 2 go through the insurance so that fuked me up coz my insurance company said if i had of got a police report i wudnt have 2 pay 4 this as she stepped outta her car bare footed and hadnt got any 'R' plates up, 2 u its the 'P' plates, that u kep up 4 the 1st yr, well if i had of got the poloce at the time, she wud have lost her licence an i wud of ben ok, but she convinced me not 2 by sayin she wud do it private, but then didnt..
