SQ Plus are getting the job of fitting it
As for what It'll look like, I'm going to let them suprise me. All I'll tell them is the size the box needs to be and that's about it
I'll be sure to let you know when it's all in.

Not been here in a while - my bad!
You going sealed or ported with that baby?
Those amps look lovely with the plexiglass - I hope you're going to show off that sexy circutry!
The "Rear fill"/6X9 debate is pretty heated over at TA - I have to agree that the simple combination of front components and a sub seems to work rather well for me.
I can vouch for the quality of the battery in the Polo GTI - I can run the system for 20-30 mins at reasonably high volume with no apparent effect on the battery. I was thinking I would have to replace it with a slightly more industrial one.
Dee-vub - yes, a 4-channel amp will be fine for you - one channel for each side front components, and bridge two for a sub. If you wanted, you could even get a 12" sub depending on the choice of 4-channel amp.
Best of luck,
Chris.

Going ported this time, I ran sealed with my SE.
Got 72sq ft of sound deadening and a CD Changer for my Pioneer coming tomorrow.
All I need then is a bit of 4awg earth cable and that's everything.
As far as rear fill goes, I'm going to run the stock rears from the H/U.
Amps I'm not too sure on yet, I'll just let SQ Plus decide on how they get mounted making sure everything is easy to get to for any adjustments.

That will be rather loud.
I am still amazed at the volume produced by my 10" sealed - small hatchbacks rule!
Give it a go without rear fill to begin with - all depends how often you have rear seat passengers. Although as they will be sitting closer to that 12" ported monster, they probably won't appreciate the stock rears anyway
SQ Plus get a good name over on the TA boards, so I'm sure they will do a champion job.
And remember, pics up asap!
Chris.

You going to enter any of the IASCA/EMMA events next year?
I will try to make a few, but coming down from Glasgow on the weekend is a bit of a hike, and the wife won't be too pleased.
I think it would be well cool to have a brace of Polo GTI's.
Chris.
