Some more info on the venue...
The Wharf, Crossways, Dartford.
Nestled behind the factory and office units of this business park and beside an attractive lake lies The Wharf. It is a Shepherd and Neame pub serving excellent bar meals with a restaurant below the bar area. An extensive and varied menu including a good selection of fish, my favourite remains the Carvery. Reasonably priced at under £7.00, it includes 3 meats (beef, pork and turkey), roast and new potatoes, 4 or 5 vegtables and the usual trimmings (stuffing, yorkshire pudding etc). A really pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The bar gets very busy at lunch time but the restaurant while busy doesn't usually require booking.
Inters convoy sounds good, I could meet you lot at Colchester

On the subject of GTi Inters how long does it take to get to from Kent? (Mole do you know?).
I've not been since the venue was moved again. I wondering whether to drive there and back Saturday and Sunday or just go on Sunday.

Guestimate: 2 1/2 hours. Possibly quicker as they A12 roadworks will be gone by then

Yeh think it was about 2.5 hours from Dartford, including taking the wrong turning and having to drive about 12 miles before I could turn around!

2 hours or so isn't that bad.. I may go both days then.
The South East meet seems quite popular perhaps after this one we could arrange a 'North meets South' meeting and have a meet that is about half way!?

25th Jan, should be OK for me and it'd be the first meet I've been to.
I will confirm closer to the date but for the time being my name is down.

Looks like we may have a few Lupo GTi owners popping along from the club Lupo forum
I've gotta say I'm amazed by the reaction to this meet, I think me and mole were considering ourselves lucky if we got 10 cars!
