Hey guys - just thought I'd pop back on to see what was happening here 
I would give Seat Surgeons a ring in York. Just Google for their details. Examples of their work on Fabias are here: http://www.fabia-vrs.com/gallery_7.htm
They can do a custom job for £800 inc door cards and the quality is top notch.

P.S. Loving that red interior. Would love a re-trim but doubt I'd ever be able to justify the cash...
