Its not though.
Its a MK4 Ibiza (2002-), therefore it has a 180bhp 1.8T or a 1.9 PD160.
The MK3 (99-02), which this is not, has a 156bhp 1.8T or a 180bhp 1.8T in the R. They don't make R's anymore!

the 54 reg ibiza cupra which is what was mentioned in the first post would be the 180bhp 20vt with the deeper bumpers etc
the ibiza cupra diesel has 160bhp
and then ur onto the FR models with the petrol version having a 150bhp 20vt and the diesel having a 130bhp engine (the same engine thats in my car).
the cupras that were made at the same time as the first gen polo gti had a 20vt 150bhp engine and the rare Cupra R had 177bhp!
