Anyone got one of these in the North West (UK)?

If anyone has, let me know if you fancy a few quid to enable some of these features on my car!

Thanks

my local dealer quoted me £19.95 to have this work done, rediculous in my opinion as it will take about five seconds, and last month after i had a little skid they managed to;

1.make a new number plate
2.remove the old one
3.fix the new one
4.clean and polish out marks on my car
5.gave the car overall clean

for £15!

Does anyone have the any kit, will pay you for borrowing it, and for the postage!

logistix do you know if this is possible with just the normal VW central locking (i.e. turn key once for your door, twice for all)

Single door unlock - 1 press single / 2 presses all doors.

Thanks

I am thinking about going. Only in Manchester so it about 1hr 30 away from me.

Does anyone think its worth going to?

Also, on the subject of the VAG-Com can you also tweak the proformance from that? as well do Do that thing with the door locks at 10mph? etc etc

Thanks

You can reduce the egr duty cycle with vagcom which does give cleaner performance, less smoke and better mpg.
More noticable power gains will only come from a remap tho.

Would a remap be worth it on a 1.4 16v Petrol?

My dad has just ordered a ross-tech vag-com from the states (he has a phaeton) should be here soon, looking forward to doing a few mods to my polo's computer when it comes.

Does anyone know if it is possible to set up the anti-hijack function for the car, would have been useful today when i tried to stop one of my mates getting in my car after mcDonalds becuase he didn't wash his hands, and i really do love my car!

sorry, not going to ultimate dubs now. Damn sister got engaged so have a party to attend instead.
I would gladly activate any ecu functions possible with vagcom for free to polo owners if I am at any meets or shows in the future tho.

1.4na is not worth chipping in my opinion. Some companies will take your money tho.

I looked at the steering sensitivity thing too. It can only be adjusted with the genuine VAS machines at the minute. Nobody knows the login code for vagcom afaik?
