Solent Gearboxes and Axles in Southampton, bit of a trek for me but they were very friendly and offered the best price.

Some noises that have appeared are getting louder, but the thing thats really worrying me is how much the gearbox fights getting into certain gears..

Try adjusting your clutch cable, it might help.

hehe i have the same problem - already had a new clutch cable fitted and it made squitt didly difference much improved the clutch operation, but the gearbox problems remain

Mine didn't last long at all, only had the car 3 weeks n was finding difficulty getting second gear, a week later the gearbox disintigrated in the middle of a dual carriageway, luckily managed to get the 'box fully re-conditioned for £450 by someone I know
