I wouldn't say it was dangerous driving as it was pretty much a straight round and they weren't under cutting or weaving in and out of the traffic. However the speed was a little high for a busy ish public road however I bet that the Golf has a huge set of Porche brakes on it that will bring it down from high speed quicker than a standard r32 can do from a much lower speed.
