I'm a massive fan of white wheels myself but i do agree it don't suit the wheels or car,,, what a shame

I think they would look better in High Power Silver, but if you’ve got the money get the centres Mirror Polished never seen a set of RX’s with that finish.

I recently had my wheels shot blast and powder coated. I asked for silver like the original but they came out more of a grey. They are growing on me though, they certainly look better than the corroded state they were in, and at £30 a wheel, not a bad price I thought!

Nice pics at goodwood Steve, I have a load of my car there as I pop down when I can.
It looks like they powder coated the dishes as well?? I maybe wrong, but they don't look very shiny considering they have been refurbished.

Yeah, I got both parts powder coated. As good as the polished rims look, I get bored just cleaning the wheels, I really didnt want to have to keep polishing them as well. They came out more of a grey than a shiny silver which was a bit dissapointing, but compared to how they looked before (all corroded) I'm pretty happy. Was a lot of effort though getting them done, putting my car on axle stands, getting the tyres off, taking wheels apart and building them back together. BBS wheels are well over priced IMO if they just corrode up like that.
Yeah, Goodwood is only a 5-10 minute drive from my house, good spot for taking photos
