TBH I doubt you'll get quite the same finish on the mirror as a sprayer would if you have no experience (being black it'll probably be more noticeable as well) I only paid a bodyshop £30 to spray mine for me (you may get it done cheaper depending on what prices are like your way)
As for taking the mirror off, it's a case of removing the doorcard yeah - I can't remember if you have to take the tweeter pod of though, then theres 2 or 3 screws holiding it on.
It all become apparent once you've got the card off

ok cheers, yeh i can get the card off no probs so wilwork it out when it comes dwn to it!!! I'll check out some prices on getting it sprayed and see if its worth it, is itworth buying the paint and taking it to them or just leaving it all to them?

Paint code is LC9Z. Get an aerosol mixed up and spray it yourself, is so easy!

ditto, i'm interested in a bigger one for the nearside... the stubby ones do look better and are more sought after but cant see sweet FA in em!

I think they both look good, but definatelyin favour of the smaller ones!! sorry! is that photoshopped or did u generally used to have both?

i can see where you coming from, the two big ones look better than i expected, Suit the car better imo. Small ones look a bit weird in that picture

Delivery was only three or four days once payment had been sent, came really quickly

I ordered it sometime last week. Are those actually the 6N2 large ones? they look like mark 6 ones!
