Well first of all, ask if they have a four wheel alignment rig that uses cameras - you cant adjust the rear of these cars but a four wheel alignment rig will let them check of any misalignment - kerbing/potholes/initial assembly/collision and set/check the front camber/caster/tracking angles equally and correctly. Then make sure that them have the tooling to deal with replacing these bushes - they are fitted into aluminium "consoles" and are easily destroyed if the correct tooling/method is not used along with the correct assembly lubrication. If they don't know these car then they will just reuse all the green coated bolts - this is not good especially where they pas through aluminium. In short, ask the question"have you changed the TCA rear bushes on a Polo 9N/Ibiza 6L or a Fabia before?" if the answer is "no but its a doddle" then I would walk away! In short, to be blunt, if they are not indep VAG specialists - give them a miss!
