So VW don't do a single CD headunit to replace the gamma, thats a bit off.

I might as well just keep the Gamma stereo with the CD changer.

Kenwood actually make a head unit that looks exactly like the Gamma RDS. I dont think it is cheap but it looks flush with the dash and is more powerful per out. I saw this stereo in the car audio store in Lakeside and if I'm not mistaken they should still be selling them
