Firstly,having had 7"x 15" Ats cups on my g40, i'd say its a bad idea. Mine was only lowered 40mm, but ripped the tyres to shreds,even with the arch lips cut back.

Secondly, coilovers aren't readily available for mk3 polos, to get them you need to send your suspension legs back to the suspension manufacturer so they can cut them down and weld new sections on. If i remember correctly they start at around £500-£600

What would you reccomend to have as wheels and tyres etc?
What would you say for lowering in terms of everything i.e. looks, handling, comfort or whatever?
Where can you pick up a g40/gt kit just side skirts and arches?

Been away for the week but got back last night, looked at the car today and thought i'd give it a clean and debadge the even though i can't drive it yet.
the de badging went fine my need a t cut to get the little spot back to other color.
And it would start raining 10 mins after i finished lol
let me know what you think any improvements what can i do etc

I'm looking at getting some wheels and lowering it but i'm not sure how much to lower by and what size wheels and tyres, any recomendations or prices would help

yeah i would but it leaves holes and thats just hassle lol
