Paid 5.3k for it. Personally i have no idea why they didnt colourcode it, tbh it doesnt bother me as i know someone who will do it for free.

Dont know about the cubby box mod. If i did do it i would have no where to put my monkey :(. Unless i strap him to the front bumper

As for the headlight experiment. I tryed today. The way they are designed and the sealent that they use makes it near on impossible to seperate them :(

try taking a hair dryer on the highest heat to it. get very close in with the hair dryer, but only in 30 second spurts so u dont overheat the lens or melt anything. that black goo stuff they use is a bit of work to melt down, but believe me it can be done!

do NOT oven them, as the chrome inside will bubble and flake before the glue will be anywhere near melting. if you're brave you'll try it lol

i ovened them for about 20 mins up to gas mark 3  . Still wouldnt budge. Which is why im inclined to say that a hair dryer will have no effect.

Tryed a hot air gun but that just melted the plastic casing

That's pretty rare. You don't seem much 100bhp Mk6's, especially with leather. Mk6's with climate seem quite rare too

depends on your definition of rare TBH. some people think the mk5 GTI is rare but I see several on a daily basis. I'm also sure climate was distributed as an option on many mk6s, and leather too.

they are relatively rare yes, but there are plenty about.

I think my girlfriends 1.8T Beetle is rare with the cream leather and heated seats, but I guess really it isn't!
