Just two quick pics from my mobile phone camera,doesnt do the car much justice but gives you a rough idea of what its like. Needs a good wash, wax and hoover,maybe on the weekend when it stops raining.
Anyway,its fully votexed,lowered and other usual bits and bobs. What do you think?
The coils are only 1 day old, il let them settle in before dropping it lower, but at the current height its very practicle&enables me to carry passengers which is essential.

looks good dude, on first impressions it could go a bit lower at the front but just see where it sits after its settled!

Havent yet noticed much difference to be honest, its a little bumpy but id say pretty comfortable overall, no rubbing issues. Im guessing as its a brand new kit the springs&shocks will take a week or so to settle in?
Well anyway upon having the coilovers fitted I went to my local garage who use the John Bean wheel alignment equipment, to get the tracking and camber done.
They got the car up and everything underway. Shortly I was told that the camber is out and cant be adjusted on the 9N. I was also told that the
fronts wheels were out by a bit, which can be corrected and they were.
However the main problem was the back, especially the rear left. The rears were out more than the recommended setting and the bloke said it could have been caused by anything, possibly the rear bushes and there isnt much that can be done to be honest. He basically said the inside of my tyre will wear quicker and that I should keep an eye out on it. If anything when I go for my next service get them to have a look at it and change all the bushes?
Iv provided some of the readings, if they make sense.
Front Left: 0 08'
Front Right 0 07'
Rear Left: 0 19'
Rear Right: 0 11'
Am now pretty concerned as I dont want my new tyres to run short in 2-3 months.
Will this only have a impact on my tyres or will it affect any other aspect of my car(suspension, steering etc)
Can anybody shed more light on this......
I have some print outs,il try get them put up this week.

a bad setup will cause premature wearing of your tyres, but I think you worry too much mate!
you will not want absolutely straight wheels at the front, so those settings look right.

PS: did you have your bushes upgraded or changed upon having your coilovers put on?

Yes mate, will be cleaning them on Sat,any tips? Just warm water and a cloth followed by some wax?

What colour is that? can't tell, thought it was black at first, but am thinking maybe rosewood red?

just warm soapy water that you normally wash your car with, dont go near them with any type of wheel cleaner as u will kill them, they just a quick polish with mequiars metal polish or similar

no chance, the bushes being changed is a big-ish job.
when you clean your wheels remember to wrap the sponge around the wheel spoke a little, it'll clean the inside of the spoke and help stop any corrosion "creeping" around from the back to the front of the spoke.
and wash them just as carefully as your body work - get your own sponge for the wheels and start with fresh water. you won't get away with any dirt in the water on those
