Oooh Alex you might become my new best friend!

I'm after a set of FK Highsport coilovers for my Ibiza and buying from Germany seems to be about £200 less than buying from the UK.

This guy sells them for a reasonable price.

Basically I need to know how much the Highsports for my Ibiza 6L TDI would cost, including shipping to the UK.

I've also seen these but half of the stuff in his post confuses me! I know he ships to the UK for 50 euros so on a good day I might be able to get these at just under £450.

Is there any chance you could roughly translate them to see if there are any funny bits in there, or if the first guy ships to the UK and possibly for how much?

The first seller says he'll ship worldwide. It does not say at what price. So you'll have to mail him and ask, keep in mind that some sellers charge shipping + packaging, and these needn't be reasonable figures. Just a warning.

There's nothing about getting him the money though, so you may have to explain the system of IBAN and BIC codes. He may or may not want to learn/get the codes but it's worth a try.

The second one has lots of confusing stuff. It's not 'off', but there's just lots of different bits of information there.

He says shipping is included with the prices stated, but only within Germany and only after payment in advance (not on delivery). So that's no good to you anyway.

UVP means 'unverbindliche verkaufspreis', or recommended retail price.

Again, you'd have to email this seller to find out the right shipping charge for the UK.

Both sell new kits. I faintly remember the second one (STG Loeber or something) as the guy I bought my KW's from. But I could be wrong. I'd have to check the receipt tomorrow to be sure. I could've just emailed him and never bought anything. Can't remember, dammit.

Der Motor stammt aus einem 92er Polo G40. Er wurde erst vor 25.000 komplett überholt! Insgesamt hat er aber auch erst 100.000 km gelaufen. In dieser Auktion geht es um den kompletten Motor, allerdings ohne Auspuff, G-Lader, Kühler, Kabelbaum+Steuergerät und Kühler! Dabei ist also: Einspritzung, Ventildeckel Krümmer usw. Bei weiteren Fragen einfach mailen. Die Teile sind gebraucht und da ich Privatperson bin verkaufe ich ohne Gewährleistung und Rücknahme. Keine Nachverhandlungen möglich da jeder der hier Bietet die Möglichkeit hat sich vorher genau alles anzuschauen. Mit Abgabe von einem Gebot seid ihr nach neuem Eu-Recht ausdrücklich damit einverstanden! Ebay geht natürlich auf mich. NUR SELBSTABHOLUNG! Der Artikel muss innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach Auktionende abgeholt werden. Schaut doch auch mal in meine anderen Auktionen.

"The engine is from a 92 G40. It's been completely serviced (may indicate rebuilt) 25000 km ago. It had run 100k before that. In this auction the complete engine is for sale, but not the exhaust, G-lader, cooling system, wiring loom. Injection system, camshaft cover, exhaust 4 in 1 are included. Any question? Mail.
